Manhattan Surveying, P.C., is well known throughout the industry for completing complex, challenging projects professionally and precisely. We utilize the latest, most sophisticated software in the industry and our completely automated office production procedures allow us to reduce production time and ensure accuracy, minimizing the project cost for our clients.

Manhattan Surveying, P.C., offers a full range of surveying services and works with our affiliate company Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C., to complete projects from Construction and Topographic Survey to Preliminary and Final Engineering Design, all the way through Construction Supervision and Management.

Patricio Munoz


Patricio Muñoz serves as the firm’s President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the firm’s strategic planning, direction and evaluation of operations.

Mr. Muñoz has more than 45 years experience in the consulting engineering and surveying industries.  He has managed large, multidisciplinary public funded infrastructure projects ranging from design services for utilities, roads, streets, highway and bridge reconstruction projects, building construction (rehab and new), construction management as well as survey and mapping.

Mr. Muñoz is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New York and New Jersey.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Central University - Quito, Ecuador.

Fabrizio Munoz
General Manager

Fabrizio Muñoz serves as the firm’s General Manager.  He has over 23 years of experience in managing engineering, and construction management projects for both facilities and infrastructure work.  Projects include commercial and residential buildings, airports, schools, institutional and correctional facilities, and infrastructure improvements.  As General Manager Mr. Muñoz is responsible for the planning and implementation of overall operations in the firm.

Mr. Muñoz has a Bachelor of Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.  He obtained his Master of Business Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Carmen Giuliano
Licensed Land Surveyor in New York & Connecticut

Carmen Giuliano earned his B.A. studying Geography and Urban Planning in 1975 from Central Connecticut State University and post graduate education courses specific to Surveying at Hartford State Technical Institution from 1980-1985. Mr. Giuliano is a Licensed Surveyor with 35 years of experience on a wide range of construction projects, including high-rise commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, stadiums as well as infrastructure work. He oversees all survey operations and coordinates quality control; assuring clients receive the professional services they request. His expertise includes preparing and evaluating survey proposals, researching and supervising ALTA surveys, preparing and evaluating boundary layouts prior to construction, supervising the critical importance of record maintenance and archiving a historical library for current and future clients. Technical skills include various CAD and COGO programs, Leica and Trimble GPS satellite data collectors, essential tools for efficient and accurate field to finish mapping.

Chuck Lazaro
Survey Manager

Mr. Lazaro has over 20 years of experience as a field operations supervisor on a wide range of construction projects including high-rise commercial and residential buildings, hospitals, stadiums and transportation/ infrastructure work. As Survey Manager, Mr. Lazaro is responsible for the management and coordination of all projects. His experience includes construction survey and stakeout, design surveys, as-built surveys, city surveys for large areas, property line survey and architectural survey for acquisition determination, easement surveys, Geodetic Nets for large areas, topographic survey, and horizontal and vertical survey.
