Manhattan Surveying, P.C. was established in 1988 to provide construction survey and stakeout for new building construction and rehabilitation projects. Our primary clients are developers, architects, construction managers, and general contractors. We are party to a collective bargaining agreement with Local 15-D, Surveyors in New York City.

Manhattan Surveying, P.C.'s affiliate company is Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C., a civil and land surveying firm specializing in transportation, site development, and design survey. Muñoz Engineering has been active in New York and New Jersey since 1983. The unique affiliate relationship between Manhattan Surveying, P.C. and Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. allows us to provide comprehensive surveying, engineering, and construction services from start to finish on all projects.
